We have been present at the Polish market for 16 years, conducted thousands of hours of training programs and consultations as well as several hundred successful recruitments, diagnostic, and development projects. We collaborate with the Scandinavian MPS Enterprises – a leading consulting group with a 30 year presence in the European and global market. We are also supported by the DBM brand – the American specialist in Transition Solutions and Services with over 40 years of expertise.
BEAVER Doradztwo Personalne is an ambitious team of specialists in diagnosing and developing functional professional competences as well as human resources selection and recruitment. The company uses licensed tools adopted to Polish conditions and enriched with the project experience of its experts. The company also has a range of special technical solutions to increase its efficiency, including: BEAVER Expert’s DataBase™ – data on top ranking specialists and managers, BEAVER Internet Platform – interactive management ensuring lasting contact with the participants of our training and development programmes and on-line diagnostic tools.
The company is focused on three fields:
Recruitment
Executive&Direct Search – this service is intended for Clients who wish to offer employment to top ranking professionals with a proven track record as well as leadership, management, and organisational potential, who do not respond directly to advertised job offers.
Focused Search – a service designed for Clients who intend to broaden the list of candidates reached by advertised recruitment. We make contact with companies or persons selected by the Client in their industry or a related one.
Advertised Recruitment – it is an efficient process with respect to vacancies whose status does not necessitate a direct search. The process is conducted by press and/or Internet advertisement. Our recruitment projects are supported with a CV database of candidates – BEAVER Experts’ Database.
In the process of recruitment, we perform a multi-stage selection of Candidates including In‑depth Interviews™, analysis of their professional potential based on MPS Test™, language tests, competence tests and verified recommendations. An additional advantage of the solutions provided is assurance of discretion in the recruitment process, if the Client wishes so.
Assessment
360° Assessment – a kind of structured feedback provided to the manager from their organisation and compared with their self-assessment. The process is carried out by means of a comprehensive on-line questionnaire and is addressed directly to the person assessed and their peers, subordinates, and superiors (sometimes also customers and business partners). Based on this, the company may take further steps for the development of its manager, e.g. by supporting their loyalty and commitment.
MPS Double Check™ – an assessment process that consists of an in-depth interview conducted by an experienced consultant, focused on the candidate’s career history and a set of MPS Tests™ describing the most important aspects of their personality from the viewpoint of their work.
Assessment/Development Centre – the most comprehensive processes focused on the candidates’ competences and conducted on the basis of skills, attitudes and behaviours observed while performing concrete tasks. Assessed persons take part in exercises imitating situations from their professional life.
MPS Climate MapTM – a survey of employees’ opinions concerning the organisation’s strengths and weaknesses which helps the management in taking decisions concerning key business issues.
